We are still looking to certify lake record largemouth bass (8-pound minimum), spotted bass (4-pound minimum) and redeye bass (12-ounce minimum). We also have an angler recognition program for other sport fish.

John Smith caught this 12-pound striped bass from Lake Weiss on six pound line during early March of 2007.

Crappie are still caught in July at Lake Weiss by Kelly Matthews drop shotting minnows.

Crappie from Lake Weiss must be ten-inches long before they may be kept.

This big flathead catfish was caught from Lake Weiss during May of 2006.
